They’ve got a passion for fashion!

Both natives of the Cleveland area, Michelle Bryce and Lia Kalin have always had an eye for style. Two of a kind, with similar tastes and outgoing personalities, the ladies were destined for a fashion partnership!

Lia Kalin brings buying and retail experience to the plate. A graduate of Ursuline College, with a Degree in Business and Fashion Merchandising, owning a boutique is a dream come true!  Throughout school, she worked at Nordstrom, where she learned to successfully manage and anticipate her clientele’s needs. The true devotion and concern that Nordstrom has for its customers, helped set the high standards that Lia has in her own store.  Following graduation, she joined the Dots Home Office Team and worked under the buyers of Shoes, Handbags and Intimates. This exposure to the buying side of the retail world proved to be invaluable. 

A graduate of Ohio University, Michelle Bryce’s networking, knowledge and personality complete this team. Throughout college, she managed a women’s boutique where she gained enormous experience with the day-to-day functions of a small business. After graduation, with a degree in Political Science and Women’s Studies, Michelle embarked on a very successful real estate career in the Cleveland Area. Over her three year journey, she made priceless relationships and grew her business skills.
